摘　　要：通过选取纯净炉料,合理成分设计,冲天炉熔化铁液,炉前采取球化、孕育及适量Cu和Sn合金化处理等生产工艺措施,采用平做平浇爬芯工艺稳定生产了美标牌号100-70-03球铁卷扬筒铸件。Through the selection of pure furnace materials,reasonable composition design,melting of molten iron in cupola,spherification,inoculation and proper amount of Cu and Sn alloying treatment,the castings of American standard designation 100-70-03 ductile iron hoisting drum have been produced stably by using flat casting and core climbing technology.
