摘  要:ZG25SiMn轮架是煤矿井下转载机的重要铸件,一般采用水玻璃砂或树脂砂铸造,铸件表面质量差,生产效率低。采用消失模铸造ZG25SiMn轮架面临的主要问题是铸件表面增碳和含碳量超标。介绍了ZG25SiMn低合金钢轮架消失模铸造工艺,分析了轮架铸件含碳量超标原因,制定了控制技术对策,成功生产出优质轮架。对解决消失模铸造中低碳钢铸件表面增碳和含碳量超标问题有一定参考价值。The ZG25SiMn steel wheel frame was an important casting for underground coal mine conveyer.It was usually cast with sodium silicate-bonded sand or resin sand,and the casting surface quality was poor and the production efficiency was low.The main problem of ZG25SiMn steel wheel frame with lost foam casting was that the surface of the casting added carbon and the carbon content exceeded the standard.The lost foam casting process of ZG25SiMn low alloy steel wheel frame was introduced,the causes of excessive carbon content in wheel frame casting were analyzed,the control technical countermeasure was developed and the high quality wheel frame was successfully produced.It has certain reference value to solve the problem of surface carbon increase and high carbon content of low carbon steel casting in lost foam casting process.
