摘  要:爆炸焊接过程中影响排气的主要因素有炸药的爆速、工艺安装方式、起爆点的位置、间隙距离等。本文根据实验情况,从影响爆炸焊接排气的因素入手,提出了优化爆炸焊接过程中排气的技术措施。通过这些措施的应用,改善了爆炸焊接质量。The main factors that affect the exhaust gas in the process of explosive welding were explosive detonation velocity,process installation method,the location of the initiating point,the size of the gap distance,and so on.According to the experimental conditions,start with the factors that affect the exhaust of explosive welding,technical measures to optimize the exhaust during explosive welding process are put forward.Through the application of these measures,the explosion welding quality has been greatly improved.
