摘 要:建立了描述结晶器电磁搅拌过程的电磁场二维数学模型,采用有限元的方法实现结晶器电磁搅拌不同相数电磁场的数值模拟。结果表明,单相磁场不适合作为电磁搅拌工作磁场,两相和三相磁场均能产生旋转的力场;两相和三相磁场的电磁参数沿路径EF关于金属熔体中心O点高度对称,且均呈现一定程度的波动,两相磁感应强度和电磁力曲线可以看作是三相曲线的下移和缩放;两相和三相磁场金属熔体中心点电磁参数变化趋势基本一致,但两相磁场在低频时较三相磁场电磁参数较大,三相磁场与之相反。A two-dimensional mathematical model of electromagnetic field was established to describe the electromagnetic stirring process of the crystallizer.The numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field of crystallizer with different phase numbers was realized by using finite element method.The results show that the single-phase magnetic field is not suitable for electromagnetic stirring.Two-phase and three-phase magnetic fields can generate rotating field.The electromagnetic parameters of two-phase and three-phase magnetic fields are highly symmetric along the path EF about the O point of the metal melt center,and all of them show a certain degree of fluctuation,the two-phase magnetic induction intensity and electromagnetic force curve can be regarded as the downward displacement and scaling of the three-phase curve.The variation trend of electromagnetic parameters at the center point of a metal melt is basically the same for two-and three-phase magnetic fields.However,at low frequencies,the two-phase magnetic field has larger electromagnetic parameters than the three-phase magnetic field,and the three-phase magnetic field is opposite.
