摘 要:研究了深冷后回火温度对Cr12MoV模具钢组织及性能的影响规律。结果表明,深冷后空冷处理,基体中存在大量残留奥氏体,马氏体组织粗大,力学性能及耐磨性能较低。深冷后回火处理,随着回火温度的提高,组织中残留奥氏体含量减少,马氏体细化,同时力学性能及耐磨性能提高。当回火温度达到500℃时,基体中的残留奥氏体几乎消失,组织由细小板条状回火马氏体及粒状回火索氏体组成,力学性能及耐磨性能最佳。The effect of tempering temperature after deep cryogenic on microstructure and mechanical properties of Cr12 Mo V die steel was studied.The results show that there is a large amount of retained austenite in the matrix after deep cryogenic with air cooling,martensite is bulky and low mechanical and wear resistance.When taking tempering after deep cryogenic,retained austenite decrease,martensite refine,meanwhile,mechanical properties and wear resistance increase.When the tempering temperature reach up to 500 ℃,the retained austenite is disappear,the microstructure is composed of small strip tempered martensite and gradually tempered sorbite.The mechanical properties and wear resistance is best.
