摘  要:在3 GPa压力,1 020℃保温20 min对TC4钛合金进行高压热处理,采用纳米压痕技术测试压力处理前后合金的室温蠕变量,结合显微组织分析,探讨了压力处理对TC4钛合金室温蠕变性能的影响。结果表明,3 GPa压力处理前后TC4钛合金在室温下均能够发生压痕蠕变,压力处理能够减小TC4钛合金的室温蠕变量,提高合金的抗蠕变能力。TC4 titanium alloy was high pressure heat treated at 3 GPa pressure and 1 020 ℃ for 20 minutes,the room temperature creep deformation of the TC4 alloy before and after 3 GPa pressure treatment were measured by nanoindentation technique,combined with microstructure analysis,the influence of pressure treatment on the creep property of TC4 titanium alloy was discussed.The results show that TC4 titanium alloy before and after 3 GPa pressure treatment can undergo indentation creep at room temperature.The pressure treatment can reduce the room temperature creep and improve the creep resistance of TC4 titanium alloy.
