摘 要:采用两种不同水韧处理工艺对未达到使用寿命即发生破裂的ZGMn18Cr2超高锰钢衬套试样进行处理,并对比分析了水韧处理前后试样的组织与力学性能。结果表明,加热至1 120℃,保温15 h后快速水冷的水韧处理的硬度值降低,钢中未溶碳化物和析出碳化物几乎消失,碳化物级别显著提高;钢的抗拉强度、伸长率、断面收缩率、冲击吸收能量等力学性能指标得到大幅度提高,显著改善了钢的综合力学性能,提高了衬套的使用寿命。Using two different water toughening treatment process on the service life that did not meet ZGMn18 Cr2 of super-high manganese steel liner sample processing,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the steel before and after water toughening treatment were compared and analyzed.The results show that the hardness of the steel is reduced by the water toughening process of rapid water cooling for 15 hrs after heating to 1 120 ℃,and the undissolved carbide and precipitated carbide are almost disappeared,and the carbide grade increase significantly.The mechanical properties of steel such as tensile strength,elongation,cross section shrinkage and impact absorption energy are also greatly improved compared with those before water toughening treatment.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel and the service life of the bushing are obviously improved.
