摘　　要：本文论述了孢粉编码检索系统(LuoPacias)的研制原理、方法、特点和试用效果。LuoPacias是将孢粉形态构造特征规范化、数字化、序列化、系统化,并将其标准图形和各种应用资料格式化后,与人工智能技术相结合研制成功的检索鉴定孢粉的新技术和新方法。本系统以国内外正式出版的孢子花粉形态专著为主要资料依据,以物种为基本单位进行数字化编码(双十位)处理而成。LuoPacias 5.0版本已收入万余种孢粉及其分布、生态、地质、医学、营养、古环境等应用资料。可以从孢粉的形态构造特征的编码、学名、汉名、科名、地质时代、致敏特性、营养等级等7方面开展检索工作。本系统采用人机对话方法,具有提示编码,按图编码,图图对照,减字检索,邻码转移,直调文献等16种功能。经多位初学者试用表明,它是一种易于学习、使用方便、检索快速、资料丰富的孢粉数据库系统。This paper introduces the principle, method, characteristics and the effect of application of I.uoPaeias. LuoPacias is a new technique on identifying pollen spore diatom by using digital coding through standardization, digitization, serialization and systematization of their morphology structure characters and formatting their standard pictures and applied data, which were integraled with artificial intelligence technique. Based on the published literatures both in China and abroad, this system has been buift up with species as basic unit through digital coding. LuoPacias 5. 0 covers over 10,000 species of pollen-spore diatom with the informations on geographic distribution, ecology, environment, geology, medicine, nutrition, palaeoenvironment, etc. These can be indexed by coding I.atin name, Chinese name, family name, geological age, allergy causing and nutrical grades. LuoPacias is a system of dialogue between people and computer. It has the functions of prompt coding, picture coding, offside coding, picture eomparision, reduce words index, adjacent coding, whhdrawing literature, etc. It turned out that this system is easy to learn and operate. It is a suitable system to index pollen spore-diatom.
