腹部穴位按摩、腹部按摩配合中药大承气汤直肠滴入对功能性便秘患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过腹部穴位按摩、腹部按摩配合中药大承气汤直肠滴入达到疏通气血,活血通闭,降逆通便,促进胃肠动力及胃肠蠕动,改善便秘直至达到治疗便秘的目的。方法:采用前瞻性单盲法,将85例便秘患者随机分为实验组和对照组,与患者签署知情同意书,常规中药大承气汤直肠滴入、饮食护理、排便训练行为干预、情志护理的为对照组,实验组在此基础上接受穴位按压和腹部按摩每周7次。进行为期1个月的观察,比较两组总有效率、首次排便时间、便秘症状积分等指标。结果:观察组总有效率88.37%,对照组总有效率76.09%,P<0.05,两组间比较有统计学差异。实验组便秘症状积分明显低于对照组,首次排便时间明显早于对照组,穴位按摩和腹部按摩后肠鸣音明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:腹部穴位按摩、腹部按摩配合中药大承气汤直肠滴入是预防和治疗便秘的有效手段。Objective： Through abdominal acupoint massage, abdominal massage and traditional Chinese medicine Dachengqi Decoction rectal drip,it could dredge Qi and blood,activate blood circulation,relieve diarrhea,promote gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal peristalsis,and improve constipation until constipation was achieved. Methods： A prospective single blind method,85 cases of constipation patients were randomly divided into experimental group and controlled group,informed consent and patient,conventional medicine Dachengqi Decoction rectal instillation,diet nursing,bowel training intervention,emotional nursing as the controlled group,the experimental group on the basis of accept acupressure and abdominal massage 7 times a week. The total effective rate,the first defecation time and the symptom score of constipation were compared between the two groups for a period of 1 months. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 88. 37%,the total effective rate of the controlled group was 76. 09%,P〈0. 05,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The experimental group constipation symptom score was significantly lower than the controlled group,the first defecation time was significantly earlier than the controlled group,acupoint massage and abdominal massage after bowel sounds significantly higher than the controlled group,P〈0. 05,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion： Abdominal acupoint massage,abdominal massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine Dachengqi Decoction rectum drip is an effective means to prevent and treat constipation.
