摘  要:针对贵金属矿中微细粒的金矿物、铂族元素矿物及其载体矿物,通常采用黄药类和丁基铵黑药的组合捕收剂来提高金(或铂族元素)的回收率,而丁基铵黑药具有一定的起泡能力,若矿石中含有大量的易浮脉石或矿泥,使用丁基铵黑药将导致中矿循环量过大,进而影响精矿品位。采用BKG721捕收剂(新型捕收剂,液体,捕收能力强,起泡能力弱)对金矿石和铂钯矿石进行了一系列试验研究,研究结果表明,BKG721与黄药类捕收剂组合使用,在贵金属矿浮选时可获得较高的精矿品位和回收率,其选别指标优于黄药类和丁基铵黑药的组合捕收剂。Aiming at the micro-fine particles of gold minerals,platinum group minerals and their carrier minerals in precious metals ores,the combination collectors of xanthates and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate are used to increase the recovery rate of gold( or platinum group elements),but the dithiophosphate generally have some foaming ability,if the ore contains a mass of floatable gangue minerals and slime,using dithiophosphate collectors will cause the middling cycle is too large,thereby affect the concentrate grade. BKG721 is a new type of liquid collector,which was developed and applied by BGRIMM Technology Group in recently years,and BKG721 has strong collecting ability and poor foaming ability. Many tests have been carried out on gold ore and pt-pd ore by using BKG721,the results show that it can be obtained higher concentrate grade and the recovery rate in the flotation of precious metal ores by using the combination collectors of BKG721 and xanthates,which is better than beneficiation index obtained by the combination collectors of xanthates and ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate.
