摘　　要："阳性法"是中式心理咨询方法体系中的方法之一。它是指通过一些有效方式,激发或提升来访者内在的阳性能量,如内在的成长力量、阳刚之气、胆量、兴趣、价值感等,使其阴阳两种能量互相转化,实现平衡,达到身心和谐。阳性法种类很多,主要包括8个方面的具体操作:激发成长力量;加深拓展兴趣;规划目标路径;协调各种关系;正确认知转化;化解阴性事件;利用闪光点;肯定赞美与支持等。The ＂positive method＂is one of the methods in the Chinese psychological consultation system. It refers to stimulating or enhancing the positive energy of visitors through effective ways,such as inner growth power,masculinity,courage,interest and sense of worth,etc.,so that the two energies of yin and yang can be transformed into each other,achieving balance and achieving physical and mental harmony. There are many kinds of positive methods,mainly including eight aspects： stimulating growth power,deepening development interest,planning target path,coordinating various relationships,correctly recognizing transformation,resolving negative events,utilizing sparkle points,affirming praise and support,etc.
