材料工程专业实验教学中学生HSE理念的培养

摘　　要：从HSE的文化建设、实验教学环境和实验室制度建设等方面分析和讨论了当前应用型高校材料工程专业实验室在健康、安全和环境方面存在的主要问题。在此基础上,提出了材料工程专业实验教学中学生HSE理念的培养几点建议和举措。首先,通过加强宣传与学习,在师生员工中建立广泛的HSE理念;其次,加强实验室软硬件建设,营造和体验HSE理念新环境;最后,加强实验室管理制度建设,建立材料专业实验教学标准,保证HSE理念培养顺利落实。State of health,safety and environment（ HSE） in experimental teachings of Materials Engineering Laboratory in applied universities was analyzed and discussed carefully based on HSE＇s cultural constructions,experimental teachings and laboratory constructions. Several constructive suggestions and measures were put forward to well cultivate students＇ HSE ideas in the experimental teaching of material engineering. First of all,HSE ideas should be widely established among teachers and students by means of propagating and learning. Secondly,hardware and software construction in the laboratory should be further enhanced to create and experience some novel HSE ideas. Finally,laboratory management systems and experimental teaching standards should also be developed in order to cultivate HSE ideas.
