摘　　要："高层建筑结构及辅助设计"是土木工程专业的专业技术必修课程。围绕培养学生的"工程设计能力",从能力体系、教学内容体系、教学授课体系、能力考核体系等多方面进行了改革与实践。实践表明,教学环节的体系化建设、体系化执行,对培养学生的"工程能力"行之有效。High-rise building structure and assisted design is a professional and technical obligatory course for civil engineering. The reform and practice have been carried out for training students＇ engineering design capability in many ways such as ability system,teaching content system,teaching system and ability assessment system. The results show that the systematized construction and implementation of the teaching steps is effective to training ＂the engineering ability＂for students.
