摘　　要：为了解决永龙选煤厂中煤带精煤量偏高的问题,结合3GDMC1000/720AI无压三产品重介质旋流器的技术特征,对问题原因进行分析,并采取了一系列改进措施。生产实践表明:中煤带精煤量下降10.56个百分点,洗选精煤产率提高0.20个百分点,每年可多回收精煤2 400 t。There is a considerable loss of clean coal in middling product. Following an introduction to the technical features of the 3 GDMC1000/720 AI gravity-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone in operation at the plant,an analysis is made of the factors causing the misplacement of clean coal in middling. After taking a series of remedial measures,the loss of clean coal is reduced by 10. 56 percentage points with a rise of flotation concentrate by 0. 20 percentage point,making it possible for the plant to recover additionally240,000 tons of clean coal per year.
