摘　　要：目的：探讨关节镜下缝线内固定治疗成人胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折的早期临床疗效。方法：自2015年4月至2017年12月收治11例胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折患者。其中男6例，女5例，年龄19～42岁，平均26．6岁。按照Meyers-Mckeever分型标准：Ⅱ型3例；HI型7例，Ⅳ型1例。全部患者采用关节镜下缝线拴结法固定治疗。结果：术后切口均I期愈合，无感染等并发症发生。术后即刻X线片示本组撕脱骨折均达解剖复位，11例患者均获得随访，术后随访时间12。28个月，平均17．2个月。Lysholm评分术前（51．9±7．3）分，术后12个月提高至（88．8±4．6）分，与术前比较差异有统计学意义（t=-39．04，P〈O．001）。结论：关节镜辅助下缝线拴结固定法治疗成人胫骨髁间嵴撕脱骨折创伤小、固定可靠、手术操作简便，早期临床效果确实。Objective： To investigate the early clinical effect of arthroscopic suture internal fixation in the treatment of adult avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence. Methods： From April 2015 to Decem- ber 2017, 11 patients with tibial intereondylar eminence fracture, including 6 male and 5 female, with an average age of 26.6 years （19-42 years）, were treated with arthroscopic suture internal fixation. All cases were classified as type Ⅱ in 3 cases, type Ⅲ in 7 cases and type Ⅳ in 1 case according to the Meyers- Mckeever classification. Results： All cases were followed up for 12-28 months （mean 17.2 months）, no com- plications such as infection occurred. After surgery, the X-ray films was taken immediately and showed an anatomical reduction. Preoperative Lysholm score was （51.9±7.3） points and increased to （88.8±4.6） points 1 year after operation. The difference was statistically significant （t=39.04, P〈0.001）. Conclusion： Arthroscopic suture internal fixation for treatment of avulsion fracture of tibial intercondylar eminence in adult is simple, reliable and effective.
