摘 要:介绍了国内外颗粒物(PM)传感器中电化学技术、光散射技术、静电放电技术和颗粒物电特性技术的最新研究进展。深入研究了传感器基本组成结构、柴油机颗粒物测量的基本方法、检测电极基本工作原理和颗粒物浓度转化的相关理论,提出了现阶段传感器应用中出现的检测成分单一、实时信号采集困难和传感器标定复杂的问题,对柴油机颗粒物传感器的发展方向提出了展望。The latest research progress on electrochemical technology, light scattering technology, electrostatic discharge technology and particle electrical characteristics technology in particulate matter (PM) sensor at home and abroad are introduced. Basic composition structure of sensor, basic method of diesel PM measurement, basic working principle of detecting electrode and particle concentration conversion theory are studied in depth. The problems of single detection, difficulty of real-time signal acquisition and complicated sensor calibration are presented in sensor applications. Development trend of diesel PM sensor is prospected.
