摘 要:脐血富含各类免疫活性细胞及其前体细胞,后二者可以被扩增和诱导分化为功能成熟的效应细胞。这些效应细胞主要包括树突状细胞(DC、细胞毒性T细胞(CTL)、自然杀伤(NK)细胞、间充质干细胞(MSC)及调节性T细胞(Treg),并且在临床预防和治疗病毒感染、清除微小残留病(MRD)、抑制免疫排斥反应、治疗自身免疫性疾病等方面,发挥十分重要的作用。因此,脐血免疫细胞是细胞免疫治疗的极好来源。笔者拟就上述脐血龟疫细胞及其临床席用的研究讲展讲行综述。The umbilical cord blood is rich in various kinds of immunocompetent cells and their precursor cells, which can be amplified and induced into functionally mature effector cells. These cells mainly include dendritic cell (DC), cytotoxic T cell (CTL), natural killer (NK) cell, mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and regulatory T cell (Treg). They all play a very important role in clinical prevention and treatment of viral infections, elimination of minimal residual disease (MRD), suppression of immune rejection and treatment of autoimmune diseases. Therefore, the umbilical cord blood immune cells are an excellent source of cellular immunotherapy. The author intends to review the research progress of the umbilical cord blood immune cells and their clinical applications.
