可调平振动气吸嵌入式精密播种装置设计与分析

摘　　要：针对目前精密播种装置播种过程复杂、工作效率低、容易造成空穴等问题,设计一种可调平振动气吸嵌入式精密播种装置,由加种器、卸种装置、抖种机构、种盘调节机构、吸种装置、控制器等组成,种盘调节机构可用于种盘的角度调节,使播种装置适应不同工况,抖种机构可使种子群产生"沸腾"运动,采用吸种盘向种盘递进吸嘴嵌入的方式,实现种子的精密吸附,简化吸种过程,提高吸种率,通过加种器的限流海绵体、截流体以及卸种装置实现精量均匀加种,满足播种装置长时间连续播种作业的需求,可用于谷物类的自动穴盘育苗播种,对种子损伤率小,提高播种合格率,工作效率可达到360盘/h以上。A precision seeding device with adjustable flat vibration-vacuum is designed for the complicated seeding process of the precision seeding device,low working efficiency and easy to cause cavitation.It consists of the adding device,the unloading device,trembling mechanism,the seed plate adjusting mechanism,the seed suction device and the control device.The seed plate adjusting mechanism can be used to adjust the angle of the seed plate so that the seeding device can adapt to different working conditions.The device can make the seed group produce＂boiling＂movement.The suction nozzle can be embedded into the seed plate by means of sucking seed disc,realizing the precision adsorption of the seed,simplifying the seed sucking process and improving the seed absorption rate,and realizing the precision and uniform adding through the limited flow cavernous body,the cutting fluid and the seed unloading device of the adding device.It can meet the needs of continuous sowing work for long time.It can be used for automatic seedling raising and seeding of grain type.The rate of seed damage is small,the rate of sowing is high,and the working efficiency can reach more than360 plates/h.
