摘　　要：为探寻较优的脱壳脱粒机理,通过对国内外农业物料脱壳脱粒设备的调研,从农业物料的力学特性、破损形式、破损机理、损伤识别、影响因素、脱壳脱粒设备和工参作数优化方面,分别介绍现有脱壳脱粒机理与设备研究现状。从农业物料脱壳脱粒原理、脱壳率、脱净率、破损率等方面分析现有脱壳脱粒机理及设备的优点与不足,论述现有设备研发重点与前景,为我国脱壳脱粒设备的研发提供借鉴。In order to search for a better shelling and threshing mechanism,a survey was conducted on the shelling and threshing equipment for agricultural materials at civil and abroad.It was introduced from the mechanical properties,damage forms,damage mechanisms,damage identification,influencing factors,shelling and threshing equipment,and engineering parameters of agricultural materials.In terms of number optimization,the existing shelling and threshing mechanism and equipment application status were introduced.The existing shelling and threshing mechanism and the advantages and disadvantages of the equipment were objectively analyzed from the principles of selling and threshing in agriculture,selling rate,removal rate,and breakage rate.The focus and prospects of existing equipment R D were discussed,and the shelling and threshing equipment in our country was discussed.The research and development provide reference.
