摘 要:分析普通镗孔用刀具加工特点,参考借鉴HSK过定位刀柄夹紧定位原理,结合重型切削加工机床刀具连接系统定位精度不高及各机床间主轴差异较大的特点,在原机床与刀具连接系统上进行设计与改进,对刀具锥柄、刀杆结构连接方式及定位形式重新设计出一种可调节式过定位刀具系统,可满足不同主轴间隙的机床实现过定位连接,有效提高了镗孔过程中刀具系统的刚性与精度,并在保证加工质量的前提下,大幅度提高了加工效率。本文所设计改进的过刀柄结构不仅适用于孔加工,也同样适用于面加工,明显提高面加工效率及表面质量。The machining characteristics of ordinary boring tools are analyzed. The HSK over-positioning shank clamping positioning principle is referred. Combining the characteristics of heavy cutting machining tool and tool connecting system with low positioning accuracy and large differences between the spindles of various machine tools,the tool connection system is designed and improved,an adjustable over-positioning tool system for the tool taper shank,tool bar structure connection method and positioning form is redesigned,which can meet the different spindle clearance machine to achieve overpositioning connection,effectively improve the rigidity and accuracy of the cutting tool system in the process of boring. Under the premise of guaranteeing the processing quality,the processing efficiency is greatly improved. The designed and improved overhand shank structure is not only suitable for the hole machining,but also suitable for the surface machining. The effect of improving surface machining efficiency and surface quality is obvious.
