摘  要:详细介绍了核电低压汽缸电机侧第五级动叶片专用传动盘工装的使用情况、优化设计的原则、依据、思路及过程,并调整加工工艺使其按最合理的方式加工。利用该传动盘进行实际加工试验,并推广应用到类似结构中。通过对该类传动盘进行优化设计及工艺调整,可大大降低生产成本和提高生产效率。It provides a specific introduction of the service conditions,the principal,foundation,train of thought and the process of optimization design of the special driving disc of the fifth-range rotor blades of nuclear power low-pressure cylinder side. It also adjusted the processing techniques so that the processing can be conducted in the most reasonable methods. It made experiment on the driving disc and went on to apply it to the similar structure. After the optimization design and adjustment of processing techniques,the cost of labor is reduced greatly and the productivity increased considerably.
