摘　　要：本文通过对我国现行统计调查制度与方法等相关环节的问题进行系统研究,提出建立一套与新时代中国特色社会主义相适应的现代化统计调查体系。这套体系将传统的统计调查方法与新式电子化记录的大数据有效融合,注重大数据与抽样调查数据及其推断估计方法的结合,在不显著增加整体调查经费的前提下,可更加准确、及时、全面和连续地生产各类宏观时间序列调查数据和微观纵向调查数据,推进政府统计管理体制的深化改革与发展。By summarizing the existing issues in the current statistical survey system of China,this paper studies the relevant connection between the statistical survey system and methods,and puts forward a modern statistical survey system adapting to the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. This system combines the traditional statistical survey methodology efficiently integrated with the big data from the new electronic records,and focuses on the fusion of big data and sample survey data as well as inference and estimation methodology. In the premise of not significantly increasing the overall survey fund,this system can produce more accurate,timely,comprehensive and continuous various kinds of macro time series and micro longitudinal survey data,and promotes the in-depth reform and development of the Chinese governmental statistical management system.
