摘 要:为了降低传统机械加工中切削液的用量,在不对机床进行大改造的前提下,采用了5种不同直径的喷嘴,优选了喷射方位和靶距,在确定材料和切削液条件下,进行了不同喷射流量的车削实验研究。研究表明,在合适的喷射方向、靶距和喷射速度下,切削液用量可显著减小,并且不降低加工质量。In order to reduce the dosage of cutting fluids in traditional machining without big transformation of the machine tool,5 kinds of nozzles with different diameters were chosen.The turning experiments were conducted to study the effects of the cutting fluids flow on machining quality with the preferred jet direction and target distance under the condition of determining the material and the cutting fluids.It was shown that the dosage of cutting fluid could be reduced significantly at the appropriate injection direction,target distance and jet speed,and the processing quality did not decreased.
