摘  要:根据射流盘组件过盈联接压装要求,通过分析压装力与弹性变形之间的变化关系,对射流盘组件的压力-位移关系进行补偿;此外,提出了视觉装置的标定方法,且利用该方法对压装设备的上下视野视觉装置中两台CCD相机之间的夹角进行标定,从而保证两台相机之间的角度偏差得到补偿,进而保证射流盘一字槽侧面与上壳体侧面之间的平行度。随机抽取14套零件在已研制的压装设备上进行压装实验。将实验结果与压装精度要求进行对比,结果表明射流盘一字槽侧面与上壳体侧面之间的平行度≤±0.01 mm,而上端盖与上壳体之间的高度差在0.01~0.03 mm。上述比较结果说明压装设备满足使用要求。According to the press-mounting requirements of jet-pan component,the press-mounting force-placement relationship of jet-pan component was compensated by analyzing the relationship between press-mounting force and elastic deformation of the fixture part.In addition,the calibrating method of visual device was put forward for calibrating the angle between two CCD cameras of upper and lower viewing visual device.The angle between two CCD cameras can be compensated after calibration,and then the parallelism between the side of jet-pan slotted drive and the side of upper shell body can be compensated.14 kinds of jet-pan components selected randomly were assembled by using press-mounting device developed.Comparing experimental results with press-mounting precise requirements,The results showed that the parallelism between the side of jet-pan slotted drive and the side of upper shell body was less than ± 0.01 mm,the altitude difference between upper shell body and upper end cover was within scope of 0.01 ~ 0.03 mm.The experimental results mentioned above showed that the press-mounting device can meet the operating requirements.
