摘　　要：目的分析入院疟疾患者的药物治疗情况,促进临床合理用药。方法收集2008年3月—2018年3月入院收治的疟疾患者51例,对患者治疗的药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果在10例重症疟疾患者的治疗中,根据病情调整蒿甲醚用量,治疗效果良好。在19例恶性疟疾患者治疗中,应用了青蒿素类注射剂及青蒿素类复方,治愈率高,但单用青蒿素类注射剂方案有待优化。对于20例间日疟和2例卵形疟,3例患者使用磷酸氯喹加磷酸伯氨喹八日方案,15例患者选用青蒿素类联用伯氨喹,两种方案的效果均良好;4例患者单用青蒿素类方案,有1例间日疟复发。对症治疗及辅助用药较为合理。结论入院的51例疟疾患者的药物治疗总体合理、规范,治愈率高;但对间日疟和卵型疟的根治及疟疾复发的预防,治疗方案有待优化,需关注联合用药问题,特别是伯氨喹的使用。Objective To analyze the drug use of malaria patients admitted to hospital so as to promote the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The clinical data of 51 cases of malaria patients admitted to hospital were collected from March 2008 to March 2018, and their drug uses were statistically analyzed. Results The artemether dosages were adjusted to treat 10 severe malaria cases according to their conditions, and the results were satisfactory. The artemisinin injection and artemisinin-based compound were used in the treatment of 19 faleiparum malaria cases and the results were also satisfactory （with high clinical cure rate）, but the use of artemisinin-based injection alone needed to be optimized. For the 20 cases of vivax malaria and 2 cases of the ovale malaria, 3 cases were treated with chloroquine phosp^late plus primaquine on 8-day regimen, and 15 eases were treated with artemisinin in combination with primaquine, and the effects were well-pleasing, and other 4 eases were treated with artemisinin-based regimens alone, but one vivax malaria ease recrudesced. The symptomatic treatment and assisted medication were reasonable. Conclusions The drug use of 51 malaria patients admitted to hospital is reasonable and standardized, and the cure rate is high. However, the therapeutic regimen of vivax malaria and oval malaria, and the prevention of malaria recurrence need to be optimized. The drug combination, particularly the use of primaquine, need to be paid attention to.
