摘 要:介绍多抗霉素在高尔夫球场海滨雀稗草坪根系层土壤和水样中残留的测定方法,通过模拟高尔夫球场建植,进行农药残留研究。结果表明:在试验区内,当海滨雀稗草坪根系层土壤取样深度为0,施药量为0.30 g/m^2,土壤中多抗霉素最大残留量为0.066 mg/kg;当取样深度为30 cm、施药量为0.10 g/m^2或取样深度为40 cm、施药剂量为0.30 g/m^2,土壤中多抗霉素残留量均为LOD(小于0.010 mg/kg);当施药量分别为0.10、0.20、0.30 g/m^2时,水样中多抗霉素残留浓度最低为0.011 mg/L,最高为0.096 mg/L。建议在高尔夫球场海滨雀稗草坪养护过程中,采用10%的多抗霉素可湿性粉剂按0.30 g/m^2施药量每7 d进行喷雾处理。This paper introduces a method of determining the polyoxin residue in seashore paspalum root-system layer and water samples of golf course, and study on pesticide residues through simulating golf course construction and transformation of the experimental area. Results showed that within the test area, when the dosage is 0.30 g/m2, seashore paspalum root-system layer soil sampling depth is 0 cm,maximum residue of polyoxin in soil was 0.066 mg/kg; when the dosage of 0.10 g/m2 with sampling depth30 cm and dosage of 0.30 g/m2 with sampling depth 40 cm, polyoxin residues in soil were LOD(less than0.010 mg/kg); when the dosages were 0.10 g/m2, 0.20 g/m2 and 0.30 g/m2 respectively, the minimum concentration of polyoxin residuals in water sample was 0.011 mg/L, and the maximum concentration of polyoxin residuals was 0.096 mg/L. According to the results, it is suggested that in the maintenance process of seashore paspalum turfgrass of golf course, 10 % polyoxin wettable powder can be used by spray treatment, and spraying interval is 7 d along with dosage of 0.30 g/m2.
