摘　　要：人们对优质水产品的需求不断提高,大鲵具有营养、药用、保健、美容、观赏作用,而大鲵对养殖要求的自然生态性和对饲料的特殊要求,加上资源的紧俏,使大鲵成为了一种高档优质水产品,供不应求。加强安全风险控制和检验检疫监管,推进大鲵国际贸易发展。As the increasing demand of high quality aquatic products to people, and giant salamander is full of nutrition, medical effect, health care, beauty effect, ornament, but base on natural ecosystem for breeding and special requirements of feed, with the addition of the tight resources, make the giant salamander of a high qualified aquatic product, has become the favourite in market, in short supply. To strengthen security risk control and Inspection and Quarantine surveillance, to promote the development of international trade of giant salamander.
