摘  要:探讨甘蔗新品种桂辐98-296种茎直接补种台优宿根蔗对甘蔗产量和糖分含量的影响,为宿根蔗地种茎直接补种技术的生产应用提供理论基础。直接利用桂辐98-296和台优种茎对台优宿根蔗地进行补种,观察并记载其生长过程,调查补种的桂辐98-296、台优以及宿根台优的各项农艺性状,分别测定蔗茎含糖量。结果显示。桂辐98-296补种处理平均产量为83 355.45 kg/hm2,台优补种处理平均产量为75 710.55 kg/hm2,空白对照宿根台优平均产量为69 490.95 kg/hm2,三者之间存在极显著差异。砍收时,补种的桂辐98-296蔗糖分含量为14.80%;补种台优的蔗糖分含量为14.58%;宿根台优的蔗糖含量15.20%;桂辐98-296的糖分含量和宿根台优差异不显著;补种台优糖分含量和宿根台优差异显著。综上所述,桂辐98-296种茎直接补种台优宿根蔗,可增加单位面积有效茎,有效提高甘蔗产量,同时甘蔗工艺成熟期,蔗糖分含量也和宿根台优相当,因此桂辐98-296可作为台优宿根蔗地种茎直接补种品种。Seed stems or canes of sugarcane Guifu 98-296 were replanted directly in the sugarcane Taiyou ratoon field to observe their effects on the yield and sugar content of sugarcane, which could provide reference for replanting of seed canes in the sugarcane ratoon field. Guifu 98-296 and Taiyou seed canes were replanted in the Taiyou ratoon field, and their growth was observed. The agronomic traits and stalk sugar content of Guifu 98-296, Taiyou and ratoon Taiyou were also determined. The results showed that Guifu 98-296 or Taiyou replanted in the ratoon field produced an average cane yield of 83 355.45 kg/ha and 75 710.55 kg/ha, respectively, while the ratoon Taiyou(blank control) yielded 69 490.95 kg/ha,indicating highly significant difference among them. During the harvest, the sugar content of Taiyou ratoon was 15.24%, which was not different from that of the replanted Guifu 98-296(14.81%), but significantly different from that of the replanted Taiyou(14.58%). The stalks per unit area and cane yield were increased by replanting directly Guifu 98-296 seed cane in the Taiyou ratoon, and the sugar content of Guifu 98-296 was comparable to that of the Taiyou ratoon at the mature stage of sugarcane. Therefore,Guifu 98-296 was a suitable variety used for replanting in the Taiyou ratoon.
