摘  要:以海南三七的组培苗为材料,使用不同浓度的多效唑、矮壮素和丁酰肼浇灌植株基部,探究其矮化效果及对观赏性的影响。结果表明:使用100、300和500 mg/L多效唑各浇灌1次,可使海南三七的株高变矮46.6%~65.6%,株幅变少22.5%~32.9%,主芽基茎增粗10.1%~14.1%,而且植株紧凑、叶色亮丽,观赏价值高;而使用100、300、500 mg/L多效唑浇灌2次,植株生长严重受阻;使用100、300、500 mg/L丁酰肼和矮壮素浇灌1次和2次,均不能矮化海南三七。The tissue cultured plants of Kaempferia rotunda were used as materials, and treated at the basal part of the plants with different concentrations of three plant retardants, paclobutrazol, chlormequat and daminozide, to observe the dwarfing effect of the plant retardants and the ornamental value of the dwarfed plants. The results showed that the paclobutrazol treatment with the concentrations of 100 mg/L or 300 mg/L by watering once reduced the height of the plants by 46.6% - 65.6% and their spread width by 22.5% - 31.4%, increased by 10.1% - 14.1% their stem thickness of the shoots emerging from the main buds, and allowed the plants to grow very compact with bright leaves. The paclobutrazol treatment at100 mg/L, 300 mg/L or 500 mg/L by watering twice hindered the growth of the plants. Treatment with chlormequat and daminozide at 100 mg/L, 300 mg/L and 500 mg/L by watering once or twice did not dwarf K. rotunda plants.
