摘 要:为筛选抗软腐病品种,调整云南彩色马蹄莲品种结构,对云南不同地区收集到的4个软腐病病原菌进行致病力测定,筛选出强致病力菌株p3,并通过形态学和16S r DNA分子鉴定为胡萝卜果胶软腐杆菌(Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum)。将p3菌株接种于具4~5叶片的不同品种彩色马蹄莲上,记录病情指数。结果表明:测试的彩色马蹄莲品种均为感病品种,但不同品种间抗性存在差异,其中栽培品种ym063、ym044、ym068的抗性较好,其次为ym048,ym008、ym011。In order to screen the resistant cultivars to soft rot and adjust the variety structure of Zantedeschia hybrida Spr. in Yunnan, four strains of soft rot bacteria were collected in different areas of Yunnan, and their pathogenicity determined. One strain p3 out of the four was screened to have a high pathogenicity and identified as Pectobacter carotovora subsp. carotovora Pcca through morphological observation and 16 Sr DNA molecular identification. The strain p3 was then inoculated onto different cultivars of Zantedeschia hybrida Spr. having 3~4 leaves, and the disease index was recorded. The results showed that all the cultivars tested were susceptible to the bacterial soft rot but were different in resistance against the bacterial soft rot among different cultivars, of which cultivars YM063, YM044 and YM068 showed higher resistance to soft rot, followed by cultivars YM048, YM008 and YM011.
