摘  要:广西京南水电厂机组浮式拦污排因布置太靠近进水口,主牵引钢丝绳(简称主绳)与厂坝连接为固定锚接,受连接件自重和水流推压作用,绳套和主绳头长期浸泡水中而锈蚀,出现断丝超标的安全隐患;各连接件销轴无润滑设计,锈蚀造成转动卡阻,安全拉杆受力变形弯曲。通过截除主绳头断丝部位,重新浇注绳头;加工安装新连接件,增加双金属自润滑轴承;在绳套与主绳头两侧加装浮筒增大承托浮力等措施,消除厂坝端连接件和主绳头存在的安全隐患。处理办法经济实用,工期短,效果令人满意。Due to the arrangement of the floating trashraek of the Jingnan bydropower plant in Guangxi is too close to the intake, and the main traction steel wire rope ( referred to as the main rope) is connected with the plant dam as a fixed anchor, which is afleeted by the self-weight of the connector and the pushing action of water flow. The rope sleeve and the main rope bead are immersed in water for a long time and rusted. There is a potential safety hazard broken wires exceeding the standard. The pin of each connector is not lubrication designed, and the rust causes rotational jamming. Tbe safety rod is deformed and bent by force. By cutting off the broken part of the main rope head, repouring the rope head, processing and installing of new connectors, adding bimetal self-lubricating bearings, installing buoys on both sides of the rope sleeve and the main rope to increase the supporting buoyancy to eliminate the potential safety hazards existing in plant dam end connectors and main rope bead. Tbe treatment method is economical and practical, with a short construction period and satisfactory results.
