摘 要:室内可吸入颗粒物(inhalable particulate matter,PM_(10))污染可能受室外PM_(10)污染影响,但其主要来源、成分与室外PM_(10)存在较大差异。大气污染越来越严重,哮喘和肺癌发病率的升高使人们更加关注PM_(10)与哮喘、肺癌的关系。室内空气污染尤其是室内PM_(10)污染在肺癌、哮喘发生发展中的作用成为学者们研究的新重点。本文从室内PM_(10)污染现状、室内PM_(10)污染与哮喘、肺癌的相关性进行了综述。现有研究结果提示室内PM_(10)可能与哮喘、肺癌的发生发展相关,但尚缺乏强有力的全面系统深入的实证研究,结论尚待进一步探究。今后应加强对室内PM_(10)主要污染成分对疾病作用机理方面的深究。The situation of indoor inhalable particulate matter( PM10) may be influenced by outdoor PM10,but its main pollution sources and components were very different from outdoor PM10. Air pollution has become more and more serious in recent years,and the increased incidence of asthma and lung cancer makes people pay more attention to the relationship between PM10 and asthma,lung cancer. The role of indoor air pollution,especially indoor PM10 pollution,in the occurrence and development of lung cancer and asthma has become the new focus of research among scholars. This paper reviews the current status of indoor PM10 pollution and the correlation between indoor PM10 pollution and asthma,lung cancer. The existing researches indicate that indoor PM10 pollution may be related to the occurrence and development of asthma and lung cancer,but there is still a lack of strong comprehensive and systematic in-depth empirical researches,and the conclusion remains to be further explored. More in-depth researches should be conducted on the mechanism of effects of the main pollutants of indoor PM10 on asthma and lung cancer in future.
