摘 要:某铝合金平板铸件内部壁厚的差别较大,在铸造过程中容易形成热节,产生缩孔缩松缺陷,严重影响铸件的质量。借助数值模拟软件Anycasting对原方案的铸造过程进行模拟分析,通过优化冷铁的位置、数量和尺寸,解决原铸件厚大部位产生的缩孔缩松问题。经实际生产验证,采用改进后的方案获得了无缩孔缩松缺陷的铝合金铸件。The internal wall thickness of an aluminum alloy plate casting is different, and it is easy to form hotspots during casting, which causes shrinkage and porosity defects and seriously affects the casting quality. The casting process of the original plan was simulated and analyzed by using numerical simulation soft-ware Anycasting, and the shrinkage and porosity defects of the original casting in the thick position were solved by optimizing the position, quantity and sizes of the cold iron. It is proved by practical production that the aluminum alloy castings without porosity and shrinkage defects are obtained by adopting the improved scheme.
