摘 要:对6063铝合金上出线座锻件进行了工艺分析,设计了哈夫模具作为下模镶块。首次试制的上出线座锻件出现了成形不饱满的缺陷,而且存在不易出模的问题。使用Simufact.forming锻造工艺仿真软件对上出线座锻件的成形过程进行了模拟。结果显示,在挤压力的作用下金属在模具中流动时,会将气体反卷入型腔中,从而造成成形不满的现象。通过修改模具,解决了成形不饱满这一缺陷,解决了出模困难的问题。The process of 6063 aluminum alloy upper outlet seat forgings was analyzed. The half die was designed as the lower die insert. The first trial-produced upper outlet seat forgings were defective in shape ( not full forming), and it was difficult to get out of the die. The forming process of upper outlet seat forgings was simulated by using forging process simulation software Simufact.forming. The results show that when the metal flows in the die under the action of extrusion force, the gas is reversely drawn into the die cavity, thus the phenomenon of insufficient forming is caused. By modifying the die, the defect of insufficient forming is solved, and the problem of difficult to get out of the die is solved.
