摘 要:作为影响搅拌摩擦点焊过程中材料流动行为的主要因素,搅拌头形貌对接头质量存在至关重要的影响。使用不同针长的搅拌头对7075-T6铝合金进行点焊试验,研究了针长对接头成形及拉剪性能的影响。结果表明,不同针长的搅拌头可导致上下板材料之间混合程度的不同,从而形成不同的接头横截面形貌以及钩状缺陷形貌。随着针长的增加,接头的拉剪载荷先上升后下降,最大拉剪载荷在针长为4 mm时获得,其值为10027 N。As the main factor affecting the material flow behavior during the friction stir spot welding (FSSW) process, tool geometry has a crucial influence on the quality of the joint. Several tools with different pin lengths were used to weld 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and the effects of pin length on the formation and tensile shear properties of the joints were discussed. The results show that the mixing tools with different pin lengths can lead to different degree of mixing between the upper and lower plate materials, thus different cross sectional morphologies of the joint and hook defect morphologies form. With the increase of the pin length, the lap shear failure load of the joint firstly increases and then decreases. The maximum lap shear failure load of 10027 N is obtained when the pin length is 4 mm.
