摘 要:以2024-T4铝合金为研究对象,基于流体力学软件FLUENT对不同轴肩形貌的搅拌摩擦搭接焊中材料的流动行为进行模拟,并进行了试验验证。数值模拟结果表明:搅拌头轴肩边缘处的材料具有较大的流动速率;材料的流速随着距搅拌头距离的增加而减小。相比于同心圆轴肩的搅拌头,使用六螺旋轴肩搅拌头可在搭接面处具有更大的流动速率。试验结果表明,使用六螺旋轴肩所得的钩状缺陷向上弯曲程度更大,揭示了模拟结果的正确性。Taking 2024-T4 aluminum alloy as the research object, material flow behavior during the friction stir lap welding process with different shoulder geometries was simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software FLUENT, and experimental verification was also carried out. The simulation results show that the material at the shoulder edge has maximum flow velocity and the material flow velocity decreases with the increase of the distance from the mixing head. Compared with that of the shoulder with concentric circles groove, the material at the lap interface has bigger flow velocity when the six spiral shoulder is used. The experiment results show that bending upward degree of the hook defect obtained by using the six spiral shoulder is bigger, which proves the accuracy of the simulation results.
