摘　　要：目前,越来越多的公共图书馆推出网上借阅服务,由此产生了因网上借阅服务而衍生出的如物流费用支付等有关法律风险问题。本文对公共图书馆开展未成年人网上借阅服务的法律风险进行了探讨,并提出了防范建议。Currently, more and more public libraries have launched online lending services, resulting in the legal risk problems of payment for logistics costs derived from lending services. This paper discusses the legal risks of the service to minors in the public li- brary, and puts forward some precaution suggestions.
