摘  要:设计开发了PDC取芯钻头智能CAD系统。该系统采用Pro/Engineer二次开发技术、自动拼接技术和专家系统等技术实现了包括PDC取芯钻头的参数化设计及元结构库的建立、专家系统设计、拼装设计等在内的钻头智能设计,在PDC取芯钻头选型、设计等方面快捷方便,且能够提高设计质量,具有一定推广应用价值。PDC coring bit intelligent CAD system is designed and developed. The system realizes the intelligent design of the PDC coring bit by using the technology of Pro/Engineer secondary development, automatic splicing,expert system and others, which mainly including the parametric design of PDC coring bit and the establishment of the meta-structure library, expert system design, assembly design. This system is not only quick and convenient in the selection and design of PDC coring bit, but also can improve the design quality, which has certain popularization application value.
