摘  要:为提高端铣刀铣削不锈钢的加工效率,延长刀具使用寿命,运用数控加工中心和普通铣床分别进行铣削实验,针对1Cr18Ni9Ti铸造不锈钢材料,运用端铣刀铣削加工进行顺逆铣实验研究,得出数控加工中心优先选择顺铣;普通铣床在无间隙补偿装置的情况下,优先选择逆铣的铣削方式的结论。为不锈钢材料的铣削加工方式的选择提供了依据。In order to improve the machining efficiency of end milling cutter for milling stainless steel and prolong the service life of the tool,the CNC machining center and ordinary milling machine are used to carry out the steel material, the end milling experiments respectively. In the light of the 1Cr18Ni9Ti cast stainless milling cutter milling is used to carry out the experiment research on the climb milling and conventional milling. It is concluded that the NC machining center is preferred to choose the climb milling. In the case of no gap compensation device ,the plain milling machine first chooses the way of milling by Conventional milling. It provides a basis for the selection of milling mode of stainless steel.
