摘  要:通过对近5 a矿用单体液压支柱(以下简称单体支柱)型式检验不合格率的统计分析,发现了产品不合格率较高的测试项目及现象,结合各测试项目与实际工况的对应关系,进行了产生不合格现象的原因分析,在生产工艺、电镀、热处理、原材料采购等环节上提出了改进措施,对企业提高单体支柱的工作品质有较大帮助。Through the statistical analysis of the unqualified rate of type inspections of single-use hydraulic props (hereinafter referred to as monomer supports) in the past five years, the test items and phenomena with higher product failure rates have been obtained, and the reasons for the occurrence of unqualified phenomena have been calculated, Analysis, in the production process, electroplating, heat treatment, raw material procurement and other aspects put forward improvement measures, to improve the quality of the work of the individual pillar of the company has a greater help.
