摘　　要：针对在一些物料的传送过程中有时需要对输送带的传送速率进行调整变速,而普通的输送带无法对速度进行调节的问题,设计了一种输送带变速驱动装置。包括左右相对的支撑板、调节气缸、驱动电机、驱动圆柱轴、驱动扁圆轴、调节套、连接头、调节气缸的输出端、4个调节齿轮和4个齿轮组等装置。调节速度的过程不需要对驱动电机进行调整,只需通过控制调节气缸的输出端的位置进行调节,能够达到对输送带传送速度的逐级调节效果。In some material in the process of the transfer of a sometimes need to adjust conveyor belt the transfer rate of speed, and ordinary conveyor belt can＇t to adjust speed,designing a conveyor belt variable speed drive. Including about relative support plate, adjust the cylinder, drive motor, drive cylindrical shaft flat round, drive shaft, sets of adjustment and connecting head, adjust the output end of the cylinder, four adjusting gear and gear set device, etc. The process of adjusting speed does not need to adjust the driving motor, and adjust the position of the output end of the cylinder to achieve the progressive adjustment effect on the conveyor belt speed.
