摘 要:针对气压计法矿井通风阻力测定过程中,风压测定时间同步性要求高,人工整理匹配测量数据工作繁琐,自动化程度低这一问题,设计开发了一种基于WiFi和嵌入式微处理器的高精度数字式风压表。该仪器能自动测定测点静压、温度、相对湿度并存储测点标高及测量时间,同时利用WiFi通信模块将测量数据上传至计算机。数据管理软件替代人工自动匹配基点和测点数据并计算各测点间的静压差和位压差,大大提高了风压测量的自动化水平和准确性。In view of problem that the high time synchronization requirement of wind pressure measurement during the determination of mine ventilation resistance manual matching for the measure data, and the low degree by barometric method, and the tedious of of automation, a high-precision digital wind pressure meter is developed based on WiFi and embedded mierocontroller. The meter can automatically measure the static pressure, temperature and relative humidity, and store the elevation and measuring time for measuring points. At the same time, the data is uploaded to the computer by the WiFi module. Instead of manual operation, the data management software automatically matches the data for the base point and measuring points, and calculates the static pressure difference and the position pressure difference between the measuring points, which greatly improves the automation level and accuracy of the wind pressure measurement.
