摘 要:为提升矿用乳化液泵的压力特性,基于AMESim仿真软件,建立了乳化液泵卸载阀的仿真模型,分析了卸载阀阻尼孔尺寸对乳化液泵压力特性的影响,给出了不同阻尼孔组合下的卸载阀压力特性曲线,仿真结果表明:当卸载阀上的3个阻尼孔分别设置为Φ3 mm、Φ2 mm和Φ1.5 mm时,卸载阀恢复压力可以提高到卸载压力的84%,为实现卸载阀的结构优化设计奠定了有效的理论基础。To improve the pressure characteristics of the mine emulsion pump,a simulation model of unloading valve of emulsion pump based on AMESim is established,the influence of unloading valve orifice size on pressure characteristic oef mulsion pump unloading valve is analyzed. Pressure unloading valve characteristic curves of different damping holes under the combination are given. The simulation results show that the unloading valve pressure recovery can be increased to 84% when the diameters of damping hole 1, the damping hole 2 and the damping hole 3 are set to Ф3 mm,Ф2 mm,and Ф1.5 mm respectively,which provides a theoretical method to optimize the structure of emulsion pump unloading valve.
