匙羹藤的应用及研究进展

摘　　要：目的匙羹藤在诸多国家及地区应用历史悠久,其鲜叶可治疗伤口感染,抑制甜味,其干燥根可治疗糖尿病、内分泌失调、泌尿系统感染等。然而匙羹藤的现代开发还处于初级阶段,需要了解其应用前景以促进匙羹藤资源的开发与利用。方法通过查找并阅读大量文献,对匙羹藤的传统及现代应用,现代化学及药理研究进行综述。结果匙羹藤的传统应用主要为药用及茶饮,现代应用除了延续其传统用法,还因其抑制甜味作用,更偏向于制备抑制甜味或降糖产品。匙羹藤主要含有皂苷类和甾醇类成分,其中三萜皂苷为活性成分;其具有降血糖、降血脂、抗菌、抗龋齿、抑制甜味、抗炎等药理作用。结论匙羹藤在保健作用方面,符合现代社会需求及大健康产业的发展趋势,且资源丰富,值得加大开发力度。Objective G. sylvestre has been used in many countries with a long history. The leaves of G. sylvestre is used to cure bacterial infections and chewed to suppress the taste for sweet. It is also used in decoctions to cure diabetes, endocrine disorders and urinary problems. However, the modern development of G. sylvestre is still in its infancy, there is a need to know its application prospects to promote the development of G. sylvestre. Methods The purpose of this paper reviewing extensive literature is to discuss the traditional applications, modern applications and research of G. sylvestre. Results Traditionally, G. sylvestre is used in traditional medicine to treat various ailments and tea beverage. Nowadays, G. sylvestre is also used in drugs, tea beverage, food additives, health products, especially in hypoglycemic products. The chemical constituents of G. sylvestre mainly including saponins and sterols. The triterpenoidic saponins from G. sylvestre may be its active ingredient. The modern research showed that G. sylvestre has mainly effects of anti-hyperglycemia, anti-hyperlipidemia, antibiosis, anti-caries, sweetness-inhibiting, anti-inflammation, et al. Conclusion It is worthy of further research and development to meet the needs of the health industry.
