驻春胶囊联合骨炎膏治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察驻春胶囊联合骨炎膏治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年6月—2017年12月在洛阳正骨医院骨关节二科的创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者130例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者口服驻春胶囊,观察组患者采用口服驻春胶囊联合骨炎膏治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及药物起效时间。结果观察组临床总有效率为90.9%,明显高于对照组87.5%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组药物起效时间平均为(12.6±4.3)d,优于对照组(17.8±5.7)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论驻春胶囊联合骨炎膏治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎疗效显著,操作简单,安全可靠,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of zhuchun capsules combined with ostitis paste in treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee. Methods 130 cases of patients with traumatic synovitis of knee treated in the second department of bone joint in our hospital from June 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group took the zhuchun capsules orally, while the observation group took the zhuchun capsules combined with ostitis paste orally, and the clinical curative effect and drug onset time were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（90.9% vs 87.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the average drug onset time in the observation group was better than that in the control group[（12.6±4.3）d vs（17.8±5.7）d], the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The curative effect of zhuchun capsules combined with ostitis paste in treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee is obvious, with simple operation, and it is safe and reliable, which is worth promotion.
