摘　　要：目的探究永久性膀胱造瘘患者的护理方法及护理效果。方法选取2016年9月—2017年6月于该院行永久性膀胱造瘘的患者46例,给予患者延续护理,观察其护理效果。结果 46例患者护理后并发症发生率为15.22%,自我护理能力为(104.23±11.98)分,高于护理前差异有统计学意义(t=6.2873,P<0.05),自我感受负担和生活质量的总分分别为(10.34±4.49)分和(41.36±4.52)分,低于护理前差异有统计学意义(t=8.173 7、7.484 8,P<0.05),造口适应能力的持续担忧、接受和积极生活态度分别为(31.07±5.15)分、(22.06±6.21)分和(11.09±3.94)分,高于护理前(t=15.938 3、8.519 7、6.779 6,P<0.05)。结论延续护理应用于永久性膀胱造瘘患者中,可减少患者的并发症,有助于患者自我护理能力、造口适应能力及生活质量的改善,是一种安全性和有效性均比较高的护理方案。Objective This paper tries to explore the nursing methods and nursing effect of permanent cystostomy.Methods Forty-six patients with permanent bladder fistula in the hospital from September 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017 were selected for follow-up care and their nursing effects were observed. Results 46 patients were nursing postoperative complications rate was 15.22%, self-care ability was（104.23±11.98） points, higher than before nursing the difference was statistically significant（t= 6.2873, P〈0.05）, self-perceived burden and quality of life were（10.34±4.49）points and（41.36±4.52）points, respectively, which were lower than those before nursing the difference was statistically significant（t=8.1737,7.4848, P〈0.05）. The sustained fears, acceptance and active attitude of stoma were（31.07 ±5.15）points,（22.06 ±6.21）points and（11.09 ±3.94）points higher than before nursing the difference was statistically significant（t =15.938 3, 8.519 7, 6.779 6, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continuous nursing applied to patients with permanent bladder fistula can reduce the patient＇s complications, help patients self-care ability, stoma adaptability and quality of life improvement, which is a relatively safe and effective care program.
