无偿献血前后血流变变化与心、脑血管疾病预防

摘　　要：目的探讨无偿献血前后血液流变学的改变,进而分析血液稀释对心、脑血管疾病的预防和治疗。方法分别测定2013年8月—2015年3月江苏省启东市无偿献血者共126名在献血前后各项血流变的指标,并进行对比分析。结果无偿献血者献血前后各项血液流变学指标中,血浆粘度(t=1.241,P>0.05)和红细胞变形指数(t=0.071,P>0.05)差异无统计学意义;而HCT、全血粘度(rt200、rt50、rt30、rt10)、血沉、全血高切相对指数、全血低切相对指数、红细胞聚集指数、全血低切还原粘度、全血高切还原粘度、红细胞刚性指数、卡松粘度等13项指标前后变化均差异有统计学意义(t=0.072、3.467、8.141、8.433、8.506、8.693、6.182、6.526、4.29、7.261、7.185、5.823、4.241,P<0.01)。结论无偿献血者献血后对人体血液流变学有直接影响,定期适量的献血可有效预防心、脑血管疾病的发病率。Objective To study the changes of hemorheology before and after voluntary blood donation thus analyzing the prevention and treatment of blood dilution on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Various hemorheology indicators of 126 cases before and after blood donation from August 2013 to March 2015 were tested for comparison and analysis. Results The differences in the plasma viscosity and red blood cell deformation indicators before and after the voluntary blood donation were not statistically significant（t=1.241,P〉0.05; t=0.071,P〉0.05）, and the differences in the HCT, whole blood viscosity（rt200,rt50,rt30,rt10）, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, whole blood high shear index, whole blood low shear index, erythrocyte aggregation index, blood recovery viscosity low sheer, blood recovery viscosity high sheer, erythrocyte rigidity index, kathon viscosity before and after voluntary blood donation were statistically significant（t =0.072,3.467,8.141,8.433,8.506,8.693,6.182,6.526,4.29,7.261,7.185,5.823,4.241,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The voluntary blood donation has a direct effect on the human hemorheology, and the regular and proper blood donation can effectively prevent the morbidity of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
