摘 要:目的探索彩色多普勒超声在经桡动脉入路冠脉介入诊疗术后桡动脉损伤的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年1月于该院接受治疗的98例经桡动脉入路冠脉介入手术的患者为研究对象,其次利用彩色多普勒超声技术对所有患者接受手术前、手术之后第2天以及手术之后1个月桡动脉的损伤情况进行检测,对3个不同时间段桡动脉的直径、内膜的厚度进行综合对比,以及计算桡动脉狭窄、闭塞的发生率。结果研究发现,在桡动脉的平均直径方面,患者术前直径为(2.36±0.58)mm,患者手术之后第2天桡动脉的平均直径为(1.87±0.51)mm,较术前略有减小,患者手术之后1个月的直径为(2.24±0.45)mm;在桡动脉的内膜厚度方面,患者手术前桡动脉内膜厚度为(0.26±0.13)mm,患者手术之后第2天桡动脉的内膜厚度为(0.71±0.28)mm,与手术前相差较大,患者手术之后1个月的内膜厚度为(0.41±0.22)mm,与手术前差异较小;患者手术之后1个月桡动脉的内膜发生狭窄、闭塞率为6.12%,低于患者手术之后第2天17.35%的内膜发生狭窄、闭塞率。以上各组数据之间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经桡动脉入路冠脉介入诊疗可导致患者术后桡动脉早期损伤,但此损伤可随时间的推移而逐渐恢复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasound in evaluating the injury of radial artery after the transradial coronary angiography interventional diagnosis and treatment. Methods 98 cases of patients with injury of radial artery treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were selected, and the injuries of radial artery were tested before surgery, 2 d and 1 month after surgery, and the diameter and intimal thickness at three time periods were comprehensive compared, to calculate the incidence rate of radial artery stenosis and occlusion. Results The research showed that the diameter before surgery was(2.36±0.58)mm, and the average diameter of radial artery in2 d after surgery decreased compared with those before surgery(1.87 ±0.51)mm, and the diameter in 1 month after surgery was(2.24±0.45)mm, and the difference in the intima thickness of radial artery before surgery and in 2 d after surgery was obvious [(0.26±0.13)mm vs(0.71±0.28)mm], and the difference in the intima thickness of radial artery before surgery and in 1 month after surgery was small, which was(0.41±0.22)mm, and the endocardium stenosis occlusion rate of patients in 1 month after surgery were lower than that in 2 d after surgery(6.12% vs 17.35%), and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The radial artery after the transradial coronary angiography interventional diagnosis and treatment can lead to the early injury of radial artery after surgery, but as the time goes by,the injuries can gradually recover.
