呼吸内科重症患者的护理方法探讨

摘　　要：目的分析对比60例呼吸内科重症患者的护理方法 ,提高呼吸内科重症患者的护理效果。方法分别回顾调查医院内2015年10月—2017年12月收治的60例呼吸内科重症患者,将患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者30例。对照组患者进行常规护理,实验组采取呼吸内科重症患者针对性护理措施。对比分析两组患者护理效果和患者及其家属满意度。结果实验组护理有效率96.7%,满意程度为93.3%,对照组护理有效率83.3%,满意程度为80.0%,实验组护理效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.21、7.24,P<0.05)。结论经心理护理、饮食护理、呼吸内科护理知识宣传、病情监护、用药护理、口腔及呼吸道护理等多种护理后,呼吸内科重症患者护理效果有效提高,患者及其家属满意度升高,药物不良反应发生率降低,该护理方法值得在呼吸内科重症患者中大力推广。Objective To analyze and compare the nursing method of patients with severe diseases in the department of respiration medicine and improve the nursing effect. Methods 60 cases of severe patients in the department of respiration medicine admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing, while the experimental group used the targeted nursing measures, and the nursing effect and satisfactory degree of their family were compared and analyzed. Results The nursing effective rate and satisfactory degree in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（96.7%, 93.3% vs 83.3%, 80.0%）, and the differences were statistically significant（χ2=6.21,7.24,P〈0.05）. Conclusion After various nursing measures of mental nursing, dieting nursing, publicity of nursing knowledge in the department of respiration medicine, disease monitoring, medication nursing, oral and respiration tract nursing, the nursing effect of severe patients in the department of respiration medicine is effectively improved, and the satisfactory degree of patients and their family increases, and the incidence rate of adverse reactions of drugs decreases, and it is worth great promotion in clinic.
