牙周基础治疗联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析牙周基础治疗联合替硝唑胶囊治疗糖尿病性牙周炎的效果及安全性。方法对该院2016年10月—2017年10月接收的106例糖尿病性牙周炎患者资料予以探究,随机分为2组,各组53例;对照组单纯予牙周基础治疗,实验组联合替硝唑胶囊治疗,比对2组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果实验组治疗后BI(1.10±0.52)分、GI(1.81±0.62)分、AL(2.63±0.52)mm、PD(2.71±0.53)mm牙周指标水平均较对照组(1.62±0.5)分、(2.16±0.53)分、(3.01±0.6)mm、(3.05±0.63)mm均显著更优(t=4.906 5、3.123 9、3.201 9、3.006 5,P<0.05);实验组治疗后HbA1c(5.01±1.12)%较对照组(7.02±1.11)%显著更低(t=9.279 8,P<0.05);实验组不良反应总发生率7.55%较对照组组24.53%更低(P<0.05,=5.6748)。结论 DMCP患者行牙周基础治疗与替硝唑胶囊联合治疗可取得确切疗效,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effect and safety of basic periodontal therapy combined with tinidazole capsule in the treatment of diabetic periodontitis. Methods A total of 106 patients with diabetic periodontitis who were admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups with 53 patients in each group. The control group was given basic periodontal treatment only, and the experimental group was combined tinidazole capsule treatment, and the treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the BI, GI, AL, PD in the experimental group were obviously better than those in the control group, [（1.10 ±0.52）points,（1.81 ±0.62）points,（2.63 ±0.52）mm,（2.71 ±0.53）mm vs（1.62 ±0.5）points,（2.16 ±0.53）points,（3.01±0.6） mm,（3.05±0.63） mm]（t=4.906 5, 3.123 9,3.201 9,3.006 5,P〈 0.05）, and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group（7.55% vs 24.53%）（χ2=5.674 8,P〈 0.05）.Conclusion DMCP patients with periodontal basic therapy and tinidazole capsules can achieve the exact effect, with high safety.
